Alex Ayin is a founder, advisor, and performance coach who has spent the past decade at the intersection of high-growth companies, new-age media, and elite team building.
He helped scale Social Chain alongside Steven Bartlett, growing it from a startup into one of Europe’s fastest-growing agencies, and went on to build and advise companies that have generated hundreds of millions in revenue. His expertise spans commercial model design, go-to-market strategy, and creating cultures where elite teams thrive under pressure.
Alex draws from real experience in boardrooms and on the front lines, scaling companies from zero to IPO, leading international expansion, and building high-performing teams that can execute at speed. He combines lessons from business, sport, and special forces to deliver talks that are punchy, practical, and designed to help leaders unlock the next level of performance in their people and organisations.
